Last updated: 1 October 2023

Introduction

Welcome to Snaply

By accessing or using the Snaply platform (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We believe in clarity and fairness, which is why we’ve written these terms in plain language to ensure you understand how our platform works.

This document governs your relationship with Snaply Limited (trading as Snaply), a company registered in England and Wales. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service.

Account

Account Creation and Eligibility

To use Snaply, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Access

Course Access and Lifetime Definition

Upon successful payment or enrolment in a course, you gain access to the course materials for the duration of your subscription or purchase. Snaply offers a "Lifetime Access" model for many of our premium courses. This means that once you have enrolled, the course content will remain available to you indefinitely, provided Snaply continues to operate the platform.

Access to course materials is non-transferable. You may access the content via the Snaply website or mobile application, and you may download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

Payments

Payment, Refund, and Cancellation

We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial enrolment. Refund requests should be submitted to our support team.

Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

Learner Rights and Instructor Rights

Snaply's Rights: Snaply owns all proprietary rights in the Service, including the course content, platform features, and software. You do not acquire any ownership interest by purchasing a course.

Learner Rights: You may use the course materials for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of the course content without explicit written permission from Snaply.

Instructor Rights: All course content is the intellectual property of the respective instructors. Snaply licenses this content to you under strict terms to protect the rights of our creators.

Conduct

Community Standards

The Snaply platform is a space for growth and learning. We expect all users to interact with one another with kindness, respect, and patience. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to post content that is defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit.

Instructors and staff reserve the right to remove any content or ban users who violate these community standards. We do not tolerate spam, phishing, or malicious activity.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snaply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Snaply’s total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the specific Service that caused the claim.

Law

Governing Law (England and Wales)

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and Snaply agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
